We get a lot of Express vans rolling through—cargo haulers, contractors, fleet work. OE size runs LT245/75-16 on a 16-inch rim, 8x165.1 bolt pattern, 116.70mm hub bore. I've had everything from a '97 to a '24 in the bay, and the fitment window on these is pretty forgiving if you know what you're looking for.
I stock OE-style replacements in that 16-inch size, but we also run 17, 18, 20, and 24-inch options depending on what you're after. Gloss black, machined, bronze finishes—whatever matches your setup. Offset and brake clearance matter on a van this size; I usually spec 12mm to 25mm positive offset to keep the wheel tucked without rubbing the suspension or brake lines. Wider tires and plus-sizing work fine as long as you're not pushing past 30 inches, and I always check your speedometer calibration if you go that route.
When my crew mounts a set, we run road-force balance on every one, reseat and re-code your TPMS sensors if you've got them, and torque the lugs to spec—110 lb-ft on these. Hub-centric rings go on if needed. Spigot fit is tight on the Express, so I double-check that before you leave.
