I've mounted tires on everything from 2015 to 2027 S3s, and the first thing I confirm is your OE size — usually 225/40-18 or 235/35-19, both on 5x112 bolt pattern, 57.10mm hub bore. That hub bore's tight enough that I run every wheel through a hub-centric ring check; misalignment there and you'll feel vibration for miles. We keep the OE replacement sizes on the rack, and I can swap you into something with a hair more sidewall flex if you're tired of feeling every pothole on Roswell Road.

For upgrades, I stock performance all-seasons and summer compounds in both diameters — 18s and 19s. The 235/35-19 load rating is your sweet spot if you're running stiffer suspension; I had a '19 come in last month wanting to drop to a 225/40 for ride comfort, and we talked through the load-carrying difference before he decided. OE replacement keeps the car balanced, but I don't push anybody toward something they don't need.

Once you're in the bay, I run road-force balance on every one, check TPMS sensor function, and torque the lugs in sequence — no shortcuts.
