Audi A8 Tires — Fitment by Year

I've been fitting tires on the A8 since we opened in 2010, and the fitment's straightforward once you know the platform. You're looking at a 5x112 bolt pattern across the board, 66.56mm hub bore, and OE sizes running from 255/45-19 up through 265/35-21 depending on your year and trim. I keep the common sizes on the rack—255/45-19 and 265/40-20 move fastest—but I can source anything in that range inside 24 hours if I don't have it in stock.

For replacement, I'll match your OE spec or talk you through an upgrade. A lot of A8 owners come in wanting to go one size up in rim diameter without losing ride quality, and that's doable if we're smart about sidewall height and load rating. The A8's a heavy car—you need that load capacity. I've had a '19 come in last month wanting to go from 19s to 20s, and we landed on 265/40-20 with a quality all-season that kept the ride planted. OE replacements are usually 95H or 96H rated, so I don't mess with that unless the owner knows what they're after.

Once I've got your tires, my crew does everything in-house. We run road-force balance on every one, check TPMS function, verify hub-bore fit, and torque to spec. We're a small family shop, so you talk to me or one of my guys—not a call center—and we speak English and Spanish. Walk-ins are welcome, and we're here Tuesdays through Saturday.
